777cz Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

2.1 By completing the 777cz registration process and creating an Account, or by accessing any portion of the 777cz platform following prior registration, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full, together with the Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the platform.

2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 777cz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior representations, understandings, and agreements, whether oral or written.

2.3 777cz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.

2.4 Where these Terms are made available in multiple languages, the English-language version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or conflict.

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to open an Account and use any service on the 777cz platform. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. 777cz conducts age verification as part of its KYC process and will close any Account where the player is found to be under 21, with any balance held pending further review.

3.2 One Account Per Person. Each eligible individual may hold only one registered Account on 777cz. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Accurate Information. Players must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including their full legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. Any Account registered with false or misleading information may be closed without notice.

3.4 KYC Verification. 777cz reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, address, and payment method ownership at any time. Players must provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested. Failure to cooperate with KYC requests may result in account restriction or suspension.

3.5 Geographic Restrictions. 777cz is operated and marketed primarily to players in Pakistan. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that using 777cz does not contravene any local law applicable to them. 777cz makes no representation as to the legality of online gaming in any jurisdiction other than that under which it holds its operating license.

4.1 You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 777cz Account. You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any one-time passwords — strictly confidential and must not share them with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 You must notify 777cz support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. 777cz will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.

4.3 Players must not allow any other person to use their Account, including family members. Each Account must be operated exclusively by the registered Account holder.

4.4 You agree to use the 777cz platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. Commercial use, systematic exploitation, or use of the platform for any purpose other than personal recreational wagering is prohibited without prior written consent from 777cz.

5.1 777cz accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. 777cz reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with reasonable notice.

5.2 All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the Player's own name. Deposits using third-party payment accounts — whether belonging to friends, family, or any other person — are strictly prohibited. 777cz will return funds deposited from unverified third-party accounts and may suspend the Account pending investigation.

5.3 Deposits are generally credited to the Player's Account within seconds for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 90 minutes on business days. 777cz accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.

5.4 777cz operates in PKR as its primary account currency. Where currency conversion occurs, the applicable exchange rate will be that prevailing at the time of the transaction as determined by 777cz's payment processing partners.

5.5 777cz reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion without being obligated to state a reason, particularly where anti-money laundering procedures require additional review.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be made to payment methods registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.

6.2 Before any withdrawal is processed, the Player must complete the 777cz KYC verification procedure. Documents required typically include a government-issued photo identity document (CNIC), proof of address, and confirmation of the registered payment method.

6.3 JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are processed within approximately five minutes of request approval as standard. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.

6.4 777cz reserves the right to conduct additional security and compliance checks on any withdrawal request. Where such checks are required, the processing timeline stated in clause 6.3 will not apply until the checks are complete.

6.5 Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.6 Only funds originating from Real Money Play winnings are withdrawable. Bonus Funds and winnings derived exclusively from wagering Bonus Funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable, as set out in Section 7.

7.1 All bonus offers made available through 777cz are subject to the specific terms accompanying each offer, including (but not limited to) minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits during bonus play, and offer validity periods. These specific terms form part of these Terms and Conditions.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement (e.g., 30×), the Player must wager the bonus amount — or in some cases the bonus plus the deposit — the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings from that bonus become available for withdrawal. Only bets placed on qualifying games contribute to wagering requirements. Certain game types (e.g., live table games, specific slots) may be excluded or may contribute at a reduced rate.

7.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While a bonus is active, the maximum bet per game round or per sports wager is typically limited. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited and any associated winnings voided.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. 777cz actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple Accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, low-risk hedging strategies designed to convert bonus funds to cash without genuine engagement, exploiting bonus terms through systematic staking patterns, and collusion. 777cz reserves the right to confiscate bonuses and winnings and close Accounts where abuse is detected.

7.5 777cz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where circumstances warrant such action.

8.1 All casino games available on the 777cz platform — including live dealer games, slots, table games, crash games, and instant win games — are subject to individual game rules displayed within each game interface. Players are responsible for understanding these rules before wagering.

8.2 Random Number Generator (RNG) games are operated using independently certified RNG software. The outcome of each game round is entirely determined by the certified RNG and is not influenced by previous outcomes, bet sizes, or any other external factor.

8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connection failure during a game round, 777cz reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the wagered amount to the Player's Account. No additional compensation will be payable in respect of technical failures beyond the return of the original stake.

8.4 777cz reserves the right to remove any game from the platform, or to temporarily suspend access to any game, for maintenance, compliance, or commercial reasons, with or without prior notice.

8.5 Where a game result is disputed, the records maintained by 777cz's gaming systems shall be the final and conclusive authority, subject to any applicable regulatory dispute resolution process.

9.1 All sports bets placed on the 777cz sportsbook are subject to the sports betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published within the sportsbook interface. Cricket markets — including PSL, international T20, and Test series — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published therein.

9.2 Bet Acceptance. 777cz reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including where a bet exceeds permitted maximum stake limits, where a market has been offered in error, or where suspicious betting patterns have been detected.

9.3 Void Bets. Bets may be declared void where the event is cancelled, abandoned, or where insufficient play has taken place to produce a valid result under the applicable rules. Void bets will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake.

9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play markets are offered at 777cz's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time. Bets accepted prior to a suspension remain valid unless stated otherwise. 777cz accepts no liability for market suspensions during live events.

9.5 Match Fixing. Any Player found to have placed bets in connection with information obtained through match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt manipulation of sporting events will have their Account suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777cz platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, potential forfeiture of balances, and where required, reporting to relevant financial intelligence or law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using 777cz to deposit, wager, and withdraw funds as a means of laundering proceeds of crime or concealing the origin of funds.
• Fraud: Providing false identity information, using fraudulent payment methods, initiating unjustified chargebacks, or engaging in any deceptive conduct toward 777cz or other players.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games without human input.
• Collusion: Coordinating play with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer game formats or live casino tables.
• Multi-Accounting: Opening or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing Account restrictions, or for any other purpose.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks with your bank, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or any other payment provider in respect of funds validly deposited into 777cz.
• Hacking / Exploitation: Attempting to access, probe, or exploit any technical vulnerability in the 777cz platform, or interfering with any other player's access.
• Minors: Allowing, enabling, or facilitating a person under the age of 21 to access or use your 777cz Account.

11.1 777cz is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care toward players seriously. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have invested in tools and processes to help players manage their engagement with the platform.

11.2 Deposit Limits. Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period. Decreases take immediate effect.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players wishing to take a break from gambling may request a temporary cool-off period or permanent self-exclusion. During any self-exclusion period, 777cz will use reasonable technical means to prevent the excluded player from accessing their Account. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed and will be maintained for a minimum period of five years.

11.4 Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance. 777cz support can be reached via live chat within the platform, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

11.5 777cz strictly prohibits the creation of a new Account by a player who has elected self-exclusion. Any such Account found will be closed immediately and any balance therein will be refunded after identity verification.

12.1 777cz reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where such action is required for compliance purposes.

12.2 In the event of Account closure by 777cz due to breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the Account may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where funds are forfeited, 777cz will provide written notification of the reason.

12.3 Players wishing to close their own Account may do so at any time by contacting 777cz support. Account closure requests will be processed within five business days. Remaining balances (excluding non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be paid out after successful KYC verification.

12.4 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, 777cz will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected investigation timeline to the Player within a reasonable period.

13.1 All content on the 777cz platform — including but not limited to the 777cz name, logo, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of 777cz or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.

13.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 777cz platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights in the platform or its content are granted to Players.

13.3 Any reproduction, distribution, public display, or commercial exploitation of 777cz content without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

14.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777cz's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 777cz platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14.2 777cz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the platform.

14.3 777cz does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network conditions, and force majeure events may affect platform availability. 777cz accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.

14.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by 777cz's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15.1 777cz collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15.2 By registering an Account with 777cz, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of identity verification, anti-money laundering compliance, customer support, and marketing communications (where you have opted in to receive such communications).

15.3 777cz will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties except as necessary for the operation of the platform, for regulatory compliance, or as required by applicable law.

16.1 777cz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or via a prominent notice on the 777cz platform, no fewer than 14 days before the amended Terms take effect.

16.2 Continued use of the 777cz platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. Where a Player does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure.

16.3 The Terms in force at the date of any relevant transaction or event shall govern any dispute arising from that transaction or event.

17.1 These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 777cz holds its operating licence, to the extent applicable and enforceable.

17.2 In the event of any dispute between a Player and 777cz, the Player should first contact 777cz support via the live chat function or by email to attempt informal resolution. 777cz commits to responding to all dispute submissions within three business days.

17.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution process available under 777cz's applicable gaming licence, the details of which are available on request from 777cz support.

17.4 Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their rights pending the outcome of any dispute resolution process.
